Message	If you insurance doesn't cover uninsured drivers, sue for whatever they have. That's bullshit that someone can spend money on booze, drive recklessly and destroy someone else's property, but because they're poor they get away with it. Sue for the car they were driving. Sue for her fucking pants, who cares. Thing that sucks is that the lawyer costs would suck up most of what little you got. Might want to have your insurance company hammer it out.
